Job Title: Structural Design Engineer

 

Hours Per Week: 40

 

Job Duties: Structural 3-D finite element modeling, analysis and economical design of Post-tension concrete floor system; simultaneously satisfying the budget requirement. Detailed design calculations, production of final lay-out drawings by translating the design details into shop drawings. Co-ordinate with the detailers, production department for the fabrication of post tension cables and accessories, communicate with the general contractor. Perform field inspection to verify the layout, spacing, profile of the cables, and structural rebars. Prepare specifications and guidelines for repair procedures. Attend meetings with Architects, Engineers and General Contractor.
